Affordable way to stay visible and connected even if you cannot attend in person

Each exhibitor and sponsor table will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis and business name signs will be on the tables at your designated unloading time. You will also get 2 chairs and passes for 2 representatives from your company during morning set up. You must bring your own tablecloths to fit an 8' table. If you require electricity, please bring a 3-prong extension cord minimum 10' long and a power strip. There will be 2 feet between you and your exhibitor neighbor and five feet behind your table. Your complete display must fit within your space. Please do not extend into aisles or neighboring spaces. NOTE: No tape, staples, pins, or other adhesives may be used on the venue's walls. The use of helium-filled balloons, confetti, sequins, or glitter is prohibited. Animals are not permitted inside the venue.
To make the experience more memorable for our attendees and help increase foot traffic to your booth, we’re encouraging all vendors to bring giveaways (such as samples, swag, or promotional items). This is a great way to engage with attendees and create excitement around your brand. There will be a small space for 2-minute demonstrations every half hour. We will be assigning the demonstration slots on a first come, first serve basis. Keep in mind these are short demos in a limited area, so they do not disrupt fellow exhibitors. There will also be singing bowls occasionally throughout the event for a short period of time to help keep the energy flowing!
Exhibitor times are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will open the doors at 8:00 am for Sponsor check-in and 8:15 am for Exhibitor check-in. You must check-in no later than 9:00 am and set-up no later than 10:00 am out of respect for your fellow vendors and the organizers. If you are not set up by 10:00 am, you will forfeit your Expo booth and if you leave before 5:00 pm, you will forfeit your invitation to future events. The front doors will open promptly at 10:00 am for attendees only. We will close the front doors to the public at 5:00 pm but keep the exit doors open until 5:30 pm if needed.
Public, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. The Wi-Fi password will be provided during set-up. As of now, there will be no concessions offered at the venue. Please bring your own lunch.
The Frank B. Mayborn Convention Center is located at 315 West Ave B in Temple, TX 76501. Please make a point to find the location before June 27th. Parking is free. If you're concerned about the weather on June 27th, please rest assured that being in an inside venue is an asset and we plan to proceed with the event —unless you receive a direct phone call or text from us with updates.
The exhibitor's booth must be staffed, set up, and fully operational from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on June 27, 2026. The exhibitor agrees that its representatives shall not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while at event. Smoking and/or vaping are prohibited inside the venue. If you have a "shift" change of other staffers, please contact us with the names BEFORE the event.
Exhibitors are responsible for carrying their own liability insurance; the event producer will not insure or indemnify exhibitors against theft or loss of any kind. Exhibitors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event producer, its employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during or as a result of their participation in the event. Exhibitors understand and accept the inherent risks of attending and participating in the event and acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and safety. By participating, exhibitors agree to release the event organizers from any liability related to their presence at the event and consent to be photographed for marketing purposes by Christy Lane Enterprises.
Any photos or videos taken during this Expo will give a credit to Temple's Health & Wellness Expo in the captian or on the video.
Due to the high costs associated with organizing this event, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. The event will proceed as planned unless severe weather or other extreme circumstances occur (we will reschedule the event) and exhibitors will be notified promptly.
